Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Hair by Miguelina, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to offer your spot to another client.
2. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to the total cost of your service on the appointment day. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. No-Shows and Late Cancellations
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be reimbursed.
